- Access to physician personal phone number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*
- Dr Darr will see you if hospitalized or will keep in close contact with your hospital physician to maintain continued personalized care
- Same day/next day clinic access and/or telemedicine for urgent visits and health concerns
- Feel safer with more dedicated and closer personal care with the flexibility you deserve
- Health insurance will still be taken but not required
- Annual physical exam / wellness check included at no extra charge
- Open to patients who live in all parts of greater Houston and surrounding communities
Basic Plan: 2 visits per month. Annual physical included

Premium: Unlimited visits per month. Annual physical included
